- 일시 : 2026년 8월 20일(목) 14:00

- 장소 : 한양대학교 서울캠퍼스 올림픽체육관

- 참석대상 : 2026년 8월 졸업대상자 및 가족

2. 학위복 대여 및 반납

- 일시 : 2026년 8월 19일(수) 10:00~16:00(12:00~13:00 점심시간 이용 불가)
   2026년 8월 20일(목) 09:00~16:00(12:00~13:00 점심시간 이용 가능)
※ 양일 중 ‘하루’ 만 ‘1회’ 대여 가능하며, 대여 접수는 15시까지만 가능

- 대여 및 반납 : 공업센터본관 5층 502-1호
※ 학위복 대여는 학생본인만 가능, 학생증 및 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증 등 최소 1종) 반드시 지참

3. 학위기 배부

- 일시 및 장소 : 학위복 대여 일시·장소와 동일

- 학위복 대여의 경우, 반납 시학위기 수령 가능 ( 학위기 수령 후에는 학위복 대여 불가)

- 해당기간 이후에 수령할 경우,소프트웨어대학 행정팀을 직접 방문하여야 함

- 미수령 학위기는 1년 보관 후 폐기하니 반드시 1년 내 수령(이후 재발급 시 학생 부담 비용 발생)

- 학위기는 우편 등으로 발송해드리지 않습니다.

4. 주차 : 2026년 8월 20일(목) 10:00~19:00 무료 출차 가능

- 당일 19:00 이후로는 일반요금 부과

- 차량 혼잡이 예상되는 관계로 가급적 대중교통 이용 권장 

Notice on the 2025 Fall (August 2026) Graduation Ceremony

1. Graduation Ceremony

• Date & Time: Thursday, August 20, 2026, 2:00 PM
• Venue: Olympic Gymnasium, Hanyang University Seoul Campus
• Participants: Students graduating in August 2026 and their families

2. Academic Gown Rental and Return

Rental Period

• Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  (Unavailable during the lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
• Thursday, August 20, 2026: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  (Available during the lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

※ Academic gowns may be rented only once on either of the two days, and rental applications will be accepted until 3:00 PM only.

Location

• Rental & Return: Room 502-1, 5th Floor, Engineering Center Main Building

※ Academic gowns may be rented by the graduating student only. Please bring your student ID and one valid photo ID (e.g., Resident Registration Card or Driver's License).

3. Diploma Distribution

• Date, Time & Location: Same as the academic gown rental schedule and location.
• Students who rent an academic gown may receive their diploma when returning the gown.
• Once a diploma has been collected, academic gown rental is no longer available.
• If you do not collect your diploma during the designated period, you must visit the Software College Administration Office in person.
• Unclaimed diplomas will be kept for one year and then discarded. After that, a reissuance fee will be charged to the graduate.
• Diplomas will not be mailed under any circumstances.

4. Parking

• Free parking: Thursday, August 20, 2026, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Regular parking fees will apply after 7:00 PM.
• As heavy traffic is expected on the day of the ceremony, the use of public transportation is strongly recommended.
