가. 신청 대상 : 6학기 이상 유효한 학기성적이 있는 4학년 재학생 (학업연장 재수강자 포함) ※ 건축학부의 경우 8학기 이상 유효한 학기 성적이 있는 5학년 재학생
나. 신청 기간 : 2026.10.20.(화) 9시 ~ 10.22.(목) 23:59
다. 대상 과목 : 개강 이후 신청기간 전에도 신청가능 교과목 조회 가능
(1) 주전공 기준 전공핵심, 전공심화, 타전공일반선택, 핵심교양 교과목
(2) 주전공 기준 교육과정 상 개설학기에 미개설된 전공기초(필수), 교양필수 교과목
라. 신청방법 : 포털 > 신청 > 성적 > 학점포기신청
마. 비고 : 신청 후 성적반영(포털 및 성적증명서)까지는 일정 기간이 소요됩니다.

The Office of Academic Affairs announces the implementation of the Course Credit Withdrawal Program for the Fall 2026 semester as follows.
1. Eligibility
Fourth-year undergraduate students who have valid academic records for at least six semesters (including students extending their studies to retake courses).
For students in the School of Architecture: Fifth-year students who have valid academic records for at least eight semesters.
2. Application Period
October 20 (Tue), 2026, 09:00 – October 22 (Thu), 2026, 23:59
3. Eligible Courses
Students can check which courses are eligible for credit withdrawal after the semester begins, even before the application period.
(1) Major Core (전공핵심), Major Elective (전공심화), General Electives from Other Majors (타전공일반선택), and Core General Education (핵심교양) courses, based on the student's primary major.
(2) Major Foundation (Required) (전공기초필수) and Required General Education (교양필수) courses that were not offered in their designated semesters according to the curriculum of the student's primary major.
4. How to Apply
HY-in Portal → Application (신청) → Grades (성적) → Course Credit Withdrawal Application (학점포기신청)
5. Important Notes
Please note that it may take at least two weeks for withdrawn course grades to be reflected in the HY-in Portal and official academic transcripts after submitting an application.
