서울캠퍼스 2027년 2월(2026학년도 전기) 조기졸업 신청 접수를 다음과 같이 안내하오니
조기졸업을 희망하는 학생께서는 신청자격을 확인하시어 신청기간 내에 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 접수일정 : 2026. 9. 1.(화) 10:00 ~ 9. 4.(금) 23:59 ※ 기한 엄수, 기한 이후 신청 절대 불가(추가신청기간 없음)
2. 신청자격 :
가. ~2016학번 : 입학 후 5학기 이상을 이수하고 총 취득학점이 105학점 이상이며 계절학기를 포함한 누적 평점이 4.00 이상인 자
나. 2017학번~ : 입학 후 6학기 이상을 이수하고 *잔여학점이 15학점 이하이며, 계절학기를 포함한 누적 평점이 4.00 이상인 자
※ 2024학년도 후기(2025년 8월) 신청자부터 조기졸업 요건이 변경되었습니다.
※ 잔여학점 = 졸업사정조회 총학점 - 이수학점 = 잔여학점 (2026-2학기 수강학점 미포함)
3. 조기졸업 제외 : 편입생, 의과대학, 간호대학, 공과대학 건축학부, 음악대학

5. 제출서류 : 없음 (2024학년도부터 포털 신청만으로 완료)
6. 유의사항
- 조기졸업 신청자격 요건과 조기졸업 합격요건은 다릅니다.(조기졸업 합격요건: 해당학기(계절학기포함) 성적 반영 후 소속 학과별 졸업요건+누적평점(F포함) 4.0이상)
- 조기졸업 신청자가 졸업가능요건을 미충족할 경우 다음 학기 등록 후 이수하여야 합니다.
- 조기졸업 예정자는 졸업요건충족 시 즉시 졸업하여야 하며 학사학위취득유예 신청은 불가합니다.
- 신청기간에 교환유학학점, 타대학·현장실습 학점인정 등으로 잔여학점이 변경된 학생은 조기졸업 신청 시 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 조기졸업 신청 요건을 충족하였음에도 본인이 미신청한 경우에는 조기졸업이 불가하며 정규 8학기를 등록해야 졸업이 가능합니다.
- 2024학년도 후기부터 조기졸업 심사 후 결재를 학사운영팀에서 진행합니다.
- 조기졸업 신청 승인은 순차적으로 진행되며 9월 중순~말이내에 완료됩니다.
- 조기졸업 신청하였으나 취소 할 경우, 첨부의 조기졸업 취소신청서 작성하여 학사운영팀으로 제출 바랍니다.(제출기한: 2026.12.11.(금)이전까지)

Applications for Early Graduation in February 2027 (2026 Academic Year – First Graduation Period) at the Seoul Campus will be accepted as follows.
Students who wish to apply for early graduation should carefully review the eligibility requirements and submit their application within the designated application period.
1. Application Period
September 1 (Tue.) 10:00 – September 4 (Fri.) 23:59, 2026
※ The deadline is strict. Applications cannot be submitted after the deadline, and there will be no additional application period.
2. Eligibility Requirements
A. Students admitted in 2016 or earlier
- Must have completed at least five semesters after admission;
- Must have earned at least 105 credits; and
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 4.00 or higher, including grades earned during Summer/Winter Sessions.
B. Students admitted in 2017 or later
- Must have completed at least six semesters after admission;
- Must have 15 or fewer remaining credits required for graduation; and
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 4.00 or higher, including grades earned during Summer/Winter Sessions.
※ The early graduation requirements have been revised beginning with applicants for August 2025 graduation (2024 Academic Year – Second Graduation Period).
※ Remaining Credits = Total Credits Required for Graduation shown in the Graduation Evaluation Inquiry (졸업사정조회) – Credits Completed
(Credits registered for the 2026 Fall Semester are NOT included.)
3. Students Not Eligible for Early Graduation
The following students/colleges are excluded from early graduation:
- Transfer students
- College of Medicine
- College of Nursing
- School of Architecture, College of Engineering
- College of Music

5. Required Documents

Beginning in the 2024 academic year, the application is completed entirely through the HY-in Portal, and no additional documents are required.
6. Important Notes

The eligibility requirements for applying for early graduation and the requirements for actually graduating early are different.
Final requirements for early graduation:
After grades for the applicable semester, including Summer/Winter Session grades, are reflected, the student must:- Fulfill all graduation requirements of their department, and
- Have a cumulative GPA of 4.00 or higher, including F grades.
- If an applicant for early graduation does not meet all graduation requirements, the student must register for and complete the following semester.
- Students approved for early graduation must graduate immediately upon fulfilling all graduation requirements and may not apply for Postponement of Bachelor’s Degree Conferment (학사학위취득유예).
- Students whose remaining credits change during the application period due to the recognition of exchange program credits, credits earned at other universities, field training/internship credits, etc. may encounter an error when submitting the early graduation application.
- Even if a student meets the eligibility requirements for early graduation, early graduation will not be possible unless the student personally submits an application during the designated period. In such cases, the student must register for the regular eight semesters before graduation.
- Beginning with August 2025 graduation (2024 Academic Year – Second Graduation Period), the Office of Academic Affairs conducts the approval process following the early graduation review.
- Early graduation applications will be approved sequentially, and the approval process is expected to be completed between mid- and late September.

Students who wish to cancel their early graduation application after applying must complete the attached Early Graduation Cancellation Form and submit it to the Office of Academic Affairs.
