서울캠퍼스 2027년 2월(2026학년도 전기) 졸업예정자의 졸업요건 사전확인 안내드립니다.
1. 졸업 사전 확인이란?
- 수강신청 최종 완료 전, 미 충족된 졸업조건을 반영하기 위해 졸업예정자가 졸업기준을 확인하고 '졸업사정 필독사항'을 전산에서 확인하는 과정
2. 확인 기간 :2026. 8. 21.(금) ~ 9. 8.(화) (이후 기간도 확인 가능하나 미충족 내역 수강신청 반영을 위해 기간내 확인 권장 )
3. 확인 방법
- **방법1 : 수강신청 로그인 → 졸업사정 조회 → 졸업필독사항확인 클릭 → 체크/저장
** - 방법2 : 포털(HY-in) 로그인 → MY홈 → 성적/졸업사정조회 → 졸업사정조회 → 졸업필독사항확인 클릭
※ 졸업 사정 조회 및 졸업 필독 사항을 기한 내에 확인하지 않아 발생하는 졸업 불가에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있으니, 기간 내에 반드시 확인하여 졸업 가능 여부를 점검하시기 바랍니다.
4. 유의사항
- 졸업 요건 사전 확인 후 미충족 요건이 있을 경우 수강 신청 종료 전에 반드시 수강 신청하여 졸업에 이상이 없도록 하여야 합니다.
- 학생 개별 졸업 요건 충족여부와 관련하여 단과대학 행정팀 및 학사운영팀에서는 별도 안내를 진행하지 않으니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
-2027년 2월 졸업사정은2026학년도 2학기와 겨울계절학기성적까지 포함하여 진행됩니다.(단, 2026학년도 겨울계절 사회봉사, 겨울계절 현장실습 성적은 반영 불가)
- 정규학기 교환유학 학점인정, 외국인 어학인증(TOPIK), HSK 등은1월 중순까지성적입력이 완료되어야만 졸업사정에 반영가능합니다.
- 필수과목 미이수자는 반드시 졸업 직전 학기 까지 표기되는 선수강 및 미필과목을 반드시 이수해야 졸업이 가능합니다.

This notice is for students at the Seoul Campus who are expected to graduate in February 2027 (2026 Academic Year – First Graduation Period).
1. What is the Preliminary Graduation Requirement Check?
The Preliminary Graduation Requirement Check is a process in which students expected to graduate review their graduation requirements and confirm the “Important Notes on Graduation Evaluation (졸업사정 필독사항)” in the system before course registration is finalized.
Students should check any outstanding graduation requirements in advance so that they can register for the necessary courses before the course registration period ends.
2. Check Period
August 21 (Fri.) – September 8 (Tue.), 2026
Students may still access and review the information after this period. However, students are strongly advised to complete the check within the designated period so that any outstanding graduation requirements can be reflected in their course registration.
3. How to Check

Log in to the Course Registration System (수강신청)
→ Graduation Evaluation Inquiry (졸업사정 조회)
→ Click Important Notes on Graduation Evaluation (졸업필독사항확인)
→ Check the box and Save

Log in to HY-in Portal (HY-in 포털)
→ MY Home (MY홈)
→ Grades/Graduation Evaluation Inquiry (성적/졸업사정조회)
→ Graduation Evaluation Inquiry (졸업사정조회)
→ Click Important Notes on Graduation Evaluation (졸업필독사항확인)
※ Students are responsible for any issues that may prevent graduation due to failure to review their graduation evaluation status and the Important Notes on Graduation Evaluation within the designated period. Please make sure to check your graduation eligibility within the period above.
4. Important Notes
- If you find that you have any outstanding graduation requirements after completing the preliminary check, you must register for the necessary courses before the course registration period ends to ensure that you can meet all graduation requirements.
- Please note that the College Administration Office and the Office of Academic Affairs will not provide individual notifications regarding whether each student has fulfilled their graduation requirements. Students are responsible for checking their own graduation eligibility.

The February 2027 graduation evaluation will include grades from the 2026 Fall Semester and the 2026 Winter Session.
However, grades from Social Service (사회봉사) and Field Training/Internship (현장실습) completed during the 2026 Winter Session cannot be reflected in the graduation evaluation. - Credits earned through regular-semester exchange programs, language certification for international students (TOPIK), HSK, and other applicable requirements must be entered into the system by mid-January in order to be reflected in the graduation evaluation.
- Students who have not completed any required courses must complete all courses indicated as prerequisite/recommended courses (선수강) or outstanding required courses (미필과목) by their final semester in order to graduate.
