2026학년도 2학기 신(편)입생 학생증 신청 방법 및 발급 일정을 아래와 같이 안내하오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

1. 모바일 학생증 발급 안내

가. 대상

2026학년도 2학기 내·외국인 학부 및 대학원 신(편)입생, 교환학생 및 방문학생

나. 발급 일정

• 2026. 8. 12.(수) 모바일 학생증 일괄 생성 완료
• 학번 생성이 아직 완료되지 않은 학생은 개강일 전까지 순차적으로 생성될 예정입니다.

다. 모바일 학생증 발급 및 출입권한 신청 방법

1. 헤이영캠퍼스(HeyYoung Campus) 앱​에서 모바일 학생증 발급
2. HY-in 포털 → 신청 → 시설/공간 → 출입권한신청 접속
3. 「출입권한 인증방법/사용상태」에서 본인의 휴대폰 유형 선택 후 ‘변경’ 클릭
4. 팝업창의 약관을 확인하고 ‘동의’ → ‘확인’ 클릭
5. 설정 완료 후 모바일 학생증으로 교내 시설 이용 가능

2. 실물 학생증 발급 안내

가. 내국인 학생

아래 두 가지 방법 중 한 가지 방법으로만 신청하시기 바랍니다.

① 신한SOL 앱을 통한 신청

• 신청기간: 학번 생성 완료 시점부터 연중 상시 신청 가능
• 신청방법: 신한SOL 앱 이용
  ※ 자세한 내용은 [붙임2] 학생증(실물) 체크카드 신청가이드 참고
• 수령장소: 신한은행 한양대학교 지점
• 학생증 발급 완료 시 개별 SMS 안내
• 은행 영업시간 09:00~16:00 내 수령 필요

② HY-in 포털을 통한 신청

• 신청기간: 2026. 9. 1.(화) 개강일 이후
• 신청방법:
  HY-in 포털 → 신청 → 학생증발급신청 → 최초발급(키오스크)
• 수령장소: 한마당 신한 디지털라운지 내 키오스크
• 이용시간: 365일 09:00~21:00
• 신분증 지참 필수
• 별도의 승인 절차 없이 수령 가능

나. 외국인 학생

외국 국적 신(편)입생은 2026. 9. 1.(화) 개강일 이후 HY-in 포털에서 신청할 수 있습니다.

신청방법:
HY-in 포털 → 신청 → 학생증발급신청 → 신규발급(Foreigner)

수령장소: 학생회관 2층 학생지원팀

※ 학생증 수령 시 신분증을 반드시 지참하시기 바랍니다.
※ 2026. 9. 1.(화)~9. 18.(금) 중 신청한 학생증을 2026학년도 2학기 종료 시까지 수령하지 않을 경우 폐기되며, 추후 재발급 시 수수료가 부과됩니다.

3. 학생증 이용 시 유의사항

• 실물 학생증으로 교내 시설을 이용하려는 경우, 반드시
  HY-in 포털 → 신청 → 시설/공간 → 출입권한신청에서 사용상태를 ‘신분증 사용’​으로 변경하시기 바랍니다.
• 학생증 관련 안내 및 알림은 HY-in 포털에 등록된 휴대전화번호로 발송됩니다.
  학생증 신청 전 본인의 휴대전화번호가 정확하게 등록되어 있는지 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
• 일반대학원 학생 중 소속 대학 행정팀이 ERICA캠퍼스인 경우, ERICA캠퍼스 신한은행 한양대학교 출장소에서 학생증을 수령하시기 바랍니다.

Student ID Card Application and Issuance Guide for New and Transfer Students – Fall 2026

Please refer to the following information regarding the application and issuance of student ID cards for new and transfer students for the Fall 2026 semester.

1. Mobile Student ID Card

A. Eligibility

New and transfer undergraduate and graduate students, including Korean and international students, as well as exchange and visiting students, admitted for Fall 2026

B. Issuance Schedule

• Mobile student ID cards were generated in bulk on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
• For students whose student ID numbers have not yet been issued, mobile student ID cards will be generated sequentially before the first day of the semester.

C. How to Issue a Mobile Student ID Card and Apply for Campus Access

1. Issue your mobile student ID card through the HeyYoung Campus app.
2. Log in to the HY-in Portal → Application (신청) → Facilities/Space (시설/공간) → Access Authorization Application (출입권한신청).
3. Under the authentication method/status section, select your mobile phone type and click “Change (변경)”.
4. Review the terms in the pop-up window, select “Agree (동의)”, and click “Confirm (확인)”.
5. Once the process is completed, you may use your mobile student ID card to access campus facilities.

2. Physical Student ID Card

A. Korean Students

Please apply using only ONE of the following two methods.

① Application through the Shinhan SOL App

• Application Period: Available year-round once your student ID number has been issued
• How to Apply: Through the Shinhan SOL app
  ※ Please refer to Attachment 2: Student ID Card/Check Card Application Guide
• Pick-up Location: Shinhan Bank, Hanyang University Branch
• You will receive an individual SMS notification when your card is ready.
• Cards must be collected during bank business hours: 09:00–16:00

② Application through the HY-in Portal

• Application Period: From Tuesday, September 1, 2026, the first day of the semester
• How to Apply:
  HY-in Portal → Application (신청) → Student ID Card Application (학생증발급신청) → First Issuance/Kiosk (최초발급(키오스크))
• Pick-up Location: Kiosk at the Shinhan Digital Lounge in Hanmadang
• Available Hours: 09:00–21:00, 365 days a year
• A valid ID is required.
• No separate approval process is required.

B. International Students

International new and transfer students may apply from Tuesday, September 1, 2026, after the semester begins.

How to Apply:
HY-in Portal → Application (신청) → Student ID Card Application (학생증발급신청) → New Issuance (Foreigner) [신규발급(Foreigner)]

Pick-up Location: Student Support Team, 2nd Floor, Student Union Building

※ A valid ID is required when collecting your student ID card.
※ Student ID cards applied for between September 1 and September 18, 2026 that are not collected by the end of the Fall 2026 semester will be discarded. A fee will be charged for subsequent reissuance.

3. Important Notes

• To use campus facilities with a physical student ID card, you must first change the usage status to “Physical ID Card (신분증 사용)” through:
  HY-in Portal → Application (신청) → Facilities/Space (시설/공간) → Access Authorization Application (출입권한신청).
• Notifications regarding student ID cards will be sent to the mobile phone number registered in the HY-in Portal. Please make sure that your current mobile phone number is correctly registered.
• Graduate School students whose administrative office is located on the ERICA Campus should collect their student ID cards from the Shinhan Bank Hanyang University ERICA Branch.
