학사운영팀에서 2026학년도 1학기 학점포기제 안내드립니다.
학점포기제는 기취득한 성적을 본인의 의사에 따라 포기하는 제도입니다.
- 신청기간 : 2026.04.21.(화) 09:00 ~ 04.23.(목) 23:59
- 신청대상 : 6학기 이상 유효한 학기성적이 있는 4학년 재학 중인 학생 (학업연장 재수강자 포함)
※ 건축학부의 경우 8학기 이상 유효한 학기 성적이 있는 5학년 재학생
※ 휴학생, 졸업생, 학사학위취득유예생 신청 불가
※ 복수전공학생은 2학기 이상의 복수전공에서의 취득성적이 있어야 하며, (주전공 포기불가) 편입생은 2학기 이상 유효한 학기 성적이 있어야 합니다.
- 신청방법 : HY-in포털 > 신청 > 성적 > 학점포기신청
※ 학점포기 신청 후 결재, 포털 성적조회 및 성적증명서 반영까지는 최소 2주 이상의 기간이 소요됩니다.
- 기타 : 학점포기 과목은 "학점포기신청" 메뉴에서 확인 가능하며, 2026년 1학기부터 폐지된 전공기초(필수) 과목도 학점포기 가능합니다.

We would like to inform you about the Grade Deletion Policy for the Spring Semester of 2026.
This policy allows students to remove previously earned grades from their academic record without retaking the course.
- Application Period
April 21, 2026 (Tue) 09:00 – April 23, 2026 (Thu) 23:59
- Eligibility
Undergraduate students currently in their 4th year who have valid academic records for at least 6 semesters
(including students extending their studies for course retakes)
※ For Architecture majors: 5th-year students with valid academic records for at least 8 semesters
※ Students on leave of absence, graduates, and students with postponed graduation are NOT eligible
※ Double major students must have completed at least 2 semesters in their second major
(main major courses cannot be deleted)
※ Transfer students must have valid academic records for at least 2 semesters
- How to Apply
HY-in Portal → Application → Grades → Grade Deletion Application
※ After submission, it may take at least 2 weeks for approval and for the changes to be reflected in the portal and official transcript.
- Additional Information
You can check the list of eligible courses in the “Grade Deletion Application” menu.
Starting from Spring 2026, even discontinued major foundational (required) courses are eligible for deletion.
