Submission Guidelines

●     Submission Deadline: November 15, 2024, by 11:59 PM KST

●     Where to Submit

●     Email Submission: soilee@hanyang.ac.kr

●     LMS Submission: Upload to your LMS account

Note: Submissions must be made to both email and LMS to be accepted.

●     File Format

●     Accepted format: PDF ONLY

●     File Naming Requirement:
[DS AI PRJ2] Mid-Stage Proposal for Graduation Project_Student ID_Name (e.g., '[DS AI PRJ2] Mid-Stage Proposal for Graduation Project_20231234 _John Doe')

●     Required Proposal Structure (Mid-Stage)
The mid-stage proposal must include the following sections:

●     Progress to Date

●     Preliminary Results

●     Plan for Final Submission

●     References

Refer to the attached template for detailed formatting instructions.

Submission Milestones for February 2025 Graduation

Note: Submission dates for August 2025 graduation will be announced in due course.

Note on Final Proposal Requirements
The final proposal format will be provided at a later stage. However, it is anticipated to include the following sections:

●     Abstract

●     Introduction

●     Literature Review

●     Methodology

●     Results

●     Limitations & Future Work

●     References
