2026학년도 1학기 신(편)입생 학생증 신청 방법 및 발급 관련 일정을 아래와 같이 안내합니다.
1. 2026학년도 신(편)입생 학생증 신청
가. 대상 : 2026학년도 학부, 대학원(일반, 전문, 특수대학원 전체), 신(편)입생, 교환/방문학생
2. 모바일 학생증 발급 안내
가. 신청 기간: 2026.03.03(화)부터 모바일 학생증 발급 후 즉시 이용 가능
나. 모바일 학생증 발급 및 출입권한 신청방법
1) 헤이영캠퍼스 앱 통해서 모바일 학생증 발급 [붙임파일2 참고]
2) 출입권한 신청방법
▶ HY-in 포털 로그인 → 신청 → 시설/공간 → 출입권한신청 → 출입권한 인증
방법/사용상태 항목에서 본인의 휴대폰 유형 선택 후 변경 클릭
3) 팝업창 약관 내역 확인 및 '동의' 후 확인 버튼 클릭
4) 모바일 학생증으로 학교 시설물 이용 가능
다. 생활관 입주 학생들은 2026.02.26(목)부터 모바일 학생증 사용 가능하도록 세팅 예정
3. 실물 학생증 발급 안내
가. 내국인 학생
1) 신청기간 : 2026.02.26(목) 9시 ~ 03.19(목) 18시
*상기 기간 중 미신청 할 경우 4.14(화)까지 실물 학생증 신청 불가
(2026.04.15(수)부터 신청 재개)
2) 신청방법
① (원칙) 내국인 학생: 신한 SOL 어플로 신청 [붙임파일1 참고]
② (예외) 미성년자 / 임시 주민등록증을 소지한 학생(주민등록증,운전면허증,여권 미소지 학생)
③ (예외) 그 밖의 사유로 신한SOL 어플을 통해 학생증 발급이 어려운 경우
→ 인터넷으로 예약접수(예약접수 바로가기) 후, 신분증(주민등록증/운전면허증/임시 주민등록증/여권 등)을 지참하여 신한은행 한양대학교지점(동문회관 3층)으로 영업시간(9시-16시)에 방문.
4) 수령 안내 : 신한은행 한양대학교 DIGILOG 지점(동문회관 3층) 방문 수령
① 학과별 우선 배부 기간 : 3.30(월) ~ 4.14(화)
*학과별 지정된 날짜에만 수령 가능. 세부 일정 추후 안내
② 추가 자율 수령 기간: 4.15(수) ~ 4.30(목)
*미수령 학생증 5.1(금) 전량 폐기. 추후 재발급 수수료 3,000원
나. 외국 국적 학생 [붙임파일3 참고]
1) 신청기간 : 2026.03.03(화) 개강일 이후 신청 가능
2) 신청방법 : HY-in포털 → 신청 → 학생증발급신청→ 신규발급(Foreigner)으로 신청 후, 아래 일정에 따라 수령 가능합니다.
3) 수령장소: 학생회관 2층 학생지원팀
※ 학생증 수령 시 신분증 지참 필수
※ 학생증을 신청하고 수령하지 않은 경우, 해당 학기 종료 후 자동 폐기 처리됨

Information regarding the application process and issuance schedule for student ID cards for new and transfer students for the Spring Semester of the 2026 academic year is provided below.
1. Student ID Card Application for New and Transfer Students (2026)
Eligibility:
New and transfer students admitted for the 2026 academic year, including:
Undergraduate students
Graduate students (General, Professional, and Special Graduate Schools)
Exchange and Visiting students
2. Mobile Student ID Card Issuance
A. Application Period
From March 3, 2026 (Tue)
Available for immediate use upon issuance
B. How to Issue Mobile Student ID Card and Apply for Access Authorization
Issue a mobile student ID card through the HeyYoung Campus App (헤이영캠퍼스 앱)

Apply for access authorization
Log in to HY-in Portal (HY-in 포털)
→ Application (신청)
→ Facilities/Spaces (시설/공간)
→ Access Authorization Application (출입권한신청)
→ Access Authorization Verification (출입권한 인증)
In the Method/Usage Status section, select your mobile phone type and click Change
Review the terms and conditions in the pop-up window and click Agree(동의)
University facilities can be accessed using the mobile student ID card
C. Dormitory Residents
Mobile student ID cards will be activated for use starting February 26, 2026 (Thu)
3. Physical Student ID Card Issuance
A. Korean Nationals
1) Application Period
February 26, 2026 (Thu) 09:00 – March 19, 2026 (Thu) 18:00
If not applied for during this period, physical student ID card applications will be unavailable until April 14, 2026 (Tue)
(Applications will resume from April 15, 2026 (Wed))
2) Application Method
① Principle:
Apply via the Shinhan SOL App (신한 SOL 앱)

② Exceptions:
Minors
Students holding a temporary resident registration certificate
Students without a resident ID card, driver’s license, or passport
③ Other exceptional cases:
If it is difficult to apply through the Shinhan SOL App
→ Make an online reservation (Reservation Link) and visit Shinhan Bank Hanyang University Branch (신한은행 한양대학교지점)
(Alumni Hall, 3rd Floor / 동문회관 3층) during business hours (09:00–16:00),
bringing a valid ID (resident ID card, driver’s license, temporary resident registration certificate, or passport)
3) Card Collection
Location: Shinhan Bank Hanyang University DIGILOG Branch
(신한은행 한양대학교 DIGILOG 지점, 동문회관 3층)
① Department-specific priority distribution period:
March 30 (Mon) – April 14 (Tue)
Cards can only be collected on the designated dates for each department (detailed schedule to be announced).
② Additional open collection period:
April 15 (Wed) – April 30 (Thu)
Uncollected student ID cards will be discarded in full on May 1 (Fri).
A reissuance fee of KRW 3,000 will apply thereafter.
B. International Students

From March 3, 2026 (Tue) (after the start of the semester)
2) Application Method
HY-in Portal (HY-in 포털)
→ Application (신청)
→ Student ID Card Application (학생증발급신청)
→ New Issuance (Foreigner) (신규발급(Foreigner))

Important Notes
※ A valid ID is required when collecting the student ID card.
※ Student ID cards that are applied for but not collected will be automatically discarded after the end of the semester.
