5. Important Notes
-All students scheduled to advance to the 3rd year of the Department of Data Science in the Spring Semester of 2026 are required to apply for major assignment, regardless of their academic status (enrolled or on leave of absence).
-Students who did not submit an application by January 16 (Fri) have already been assigned a primary major based on the remaining quota ratios. (This can be confirmed in the student’s academic records.)
-Students who did not submit a major assignment application but have already been assigned to their preferred first-choice major do not need to apply again during this 2nd additional application period.
-This is the final additional application period. Students who fail to apply within the designated period will be assigned a primary major based on the remaining quota at the student’s own responsibility, and no changes will be permitted afterward under any circumstances
