입력대상: 졸업예정자이자 인공지능프로젝트1,2 교과목 이수자
※ 담당교수님께 졸업논문(과제)을 제출한 후, 통과된 경우에만 입력하시기 바랍니다. 통과되지 않은 졸업논문(과제)을 제출할 경우 졸업에 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다.
※ 교수님께 제출 및 통과/합격되었더라도, 포털에 직접 업로드해야 졸업 요건 충족으로 최종 인정됩니다.
※ 이번 학기 졸업대상자가 아닌 경우, 학부논문입력 메뉴에서 입력이 불가합니다. 해당 학생은 본인 졸업 직전 학기의 제출기간에 학과 공지사항을 확인 후 업로드하시기 바랍니다.

입력방법
가. 논문구분: 졸업논문 선택
나. 논문제목: 주제명 입력
다. 해당 졸업논문(과제) 지도교수 입력
라. 파일 업로드: 파일 하나만 업로드 가능
※ 제출 파일이 여러 개인 경우 하나의 압축파일로 업로드
마. 입력 완료 후 반드시 논문저장 버튼을 클릭하여 저장 여부 확인
Students who are expected to graduate in August 2026 and have taken Artificial Intelligence Project 1 and 2 in the Spring 2026 semester or in a previous semester must enter their graduation thesis/project in the HY-in portal within the period below.

Entry Period: June 22, 2026 (Mon) – June 30, 2026 (Tue)
Eligible Students: Students expected to graduate who have completed Artificial Intelligence Project 1 and 2
※ Please complete the portal entry only after submitting your graduation thesis/project to the course instructor and receiving confirmation that it has been approved. Submitting a graduation thesis/project that has not been approved may result in disadvantages during graduation evaluation.
※ Even if your graduation thesis/project has been submitted to and approved by the professor, it will be finally recognized as fulfilling the graduation requirement only after you upload it directly to the HY-in portal.
※ If you are not expected to graduate this semester, you will not be able to enter the Undergraduate Thesis Entry menu. In that case, please check the department notice and upload your thesis/project during the submission period in your final semester before graduation.

Entry Instructions
A. Thesis Type: Select “Graduation Thesis”
B. Thesis Title: Enter the project/topic title
C. Advisor: Enter the advisor/professor for the graduation thesis/project
D. File Upload: Only one file can be uploaded
※ If you need to submit multiple files, please upload them as one compressed file
E. After completing the entry, be sure to click the “Save Thesis” button and confirm that the entry has been saved.
